If the rest of your wardrobe doesn't match, it won't make a difference whether you're holding on to an expensive handbag or not, you'll look just as bad as with any other handbag.

To make sure that your handbag will match with most of or at least a good part of your wardrobe, it would be ideal for you to choose classic designs. Every occasion will determine the the type of bag that you will need to have, such as for board meetings, you would likely have a larger handbag since this may be used as your briefcase for your documents. In other occasions like evening or formal gatherings you may want to compliment your evening attire by sporting a smaller handbag which would be much easier to carry and be more suited to your clothes.

A point to remember is that whenever you go out shopping for your new handbag is always determine ahead of time what you want and why you want it as this will help you avoid unnecessary buying. Sticking to his will help you with being able to save the dollars you could perhaps spend on something else that may even compliment your wardrobe that much more.
